Fox Chase Champions

Non-Profit Organization for Special needs Children

Fox Chase Champions is a non-profit organization providing recreational and educational activities for special needs children. We offer programs in Baseball, Indoor and Outdoor Soccer, and Bowling in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Our goal is to boost self-esteem, motor skills and social skills, and instill a sense of accomplishment and teamwork among the players.

This apart, we indulge in arts, crafts and face painting, and offer snacks and refreshments to participants. We believe networking can be an enriching way to meet like-minds. To that end, our services are directed toward encouraging parents and families of special needs children to network with one another regarding additional programs and activities.

Based in the Fox Chase section of Philadelphia, the organization was founded over 25 years ago upon a realization that there were no existing programs to engage special needs children. Over the course of time, the love and dedication of our volunteers helped us expand rapidly and grow from strength to strength.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the Fox Chase Soccer Club, the Fox Chase Champions Athletic Association, the Fox Chase Recreation Center, Philadelphia City Councilman Brian O'Neill, Conroy Catering, the John Taylor Memorial Fund, the Philadelphia Police 7th District and all those who backed us with constant support and considerable funds.

We take this opportunity to invite sports enthusiasts and coaches to volunteer for our good cause. Donations are welcome and appreciated. You can donate via PayPal. Your contribution will help us better our programs for special needs children. Contact us for further details.

All money received goes directly to the children.
All staff is 100% volunteers.
